We are looking for Super Band parents who are available to transport our visiting Invitational judges next weekend. Below are the dates and times we need volunteers. If anyone is available and happy to help our directors greet our guests with a warm welcome email me back for more information.
-Thursday Oct 3rd: Airport Pickup to hotel 2 people . 11:00pm
-Friday Oct 4th: Airport pickup to hotel 1 judge 12:00pm
-Friday Oct 4th: Airport pickup to hotel - 1 judge 10:30pm
-Sat. Oct 5th: Airport pickup to hotel - 1 judge 8:00am
-Sat. Oct 5th: Hotel to FHS - 4 judges 11:30am
-Sat. Oct 5th: FHS to hotel - 4 judges 9:30pm *after Flanagan performs
-Sun. Oct 6th: Hotel to airport - 1 judge 8:30amSun. Oct 6th: Hotel to airport - 2 judges 9:30am
