Volunteers Needed For Guard Shows!
We need volunteers for the WG Extravaganza Feb. 27th and the WGI Regional Mar 6th.
Thanks for volunteering at the upcoming Guard Shows.
We need everyone’s help to make this a success event.

Saturday March 6, 2010 at Dr. Michael C. Krop HS, 1401 County Line Road,
Miramar, FL 33179
There will be 2 shifts
A set up/working crew (7 a.m. – 2:15p.m.)
and
A working/closing crew (2 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.)

Equipment Trucks/Parking Area
|
|
Flower Boutique
|
Unit/Guard Check-In
|
|
Guest Doors
|
Warm Up Room Timers
|
|
Volunteer Booth/First Aid (medical training helpful, not required)
|
Judge Runners (usually kids job, tends to judges needs/runs scores to tabulators)
|
|
Floater (willing to help out where needed)
|
Hospitality (only 2 positions remain open)
|
Please give first and second choice, so we have adequate coverage in all areas.
We are also looking for volunteers to help set up the night before the Extravaganza on
Friday, February 26th
